What is the biggest argument against your book?
That some people simply can't handle this sort of freedom -- that the only way they'll do anything is in response to a carrot or a stick. I think that's true of some people, actually -- but far, far fewer than we imagine, Buying Acomplia.
After getting the finished copy, what are some things you could expand on "after" Drive. Are there any areas you didn't get to explore in your book that you would've liked to?
It turns out there are several more really interesting companies that are taking this approach. In particular, I've found several companies that have eliminated sales commissions -- and seen their sales go up. That's really interesting. I'd like to write more about that.
